'WORST VRBO EXPERIENCE EVER IN 20 YEARS of renting VRBO properties. I have never had to write a review like this.This property is non-compliant with basic VRBO policies, like providing a safe home with locks on all doors. It is out right negligent when it comes to safety. Two main downstairs doors in the kitchen did not have locks. One French door you could just push open, not to mention the cold air that came through the hole in the door. The whole reason I booked this home was for my 4...

'The Element is a great hotel for Reno. Their breakfast was amazing! The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The bar was fabulous as well. The hotel does a lot of little things for the guests which was appreciated such as a happy hour, water and coffee available anytime. The only draw back is the hotel is located on a busy street so it can be loud in the evening.'

'Perfect short stay for anyone looking for a place to stay short term or long term. Manager was always available if you had a question. My only complaint was the asphalt being resurfaced outside our apartment and we had to find parking outside of the property for a night.'

'This is our 2nd time staying at this unit, and it was great again. It was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. We cooked dinner in the unit a couple of nights, and it had all of the dishes we needed to make dinner. It was nice to have the option not to have to eat out.
