Villa's in Nevada

'Property is as described and pictured. I was worried about airplane noise, but it was very quiet and never interrupted us either inside or out. Owner has great communication and flexibility. Location near airport and short drive to the strip was ideal. Great stay for couples or family.'

'Had a bachelor group of about 9 staying at this property. It was a good space for us to do what we needed to do in the time that we had in Vegas. Home is very spacious, very clean and the pool was better than anticipated. Owner responds very quickly and is always available for your needs. There’s about 7 beds, two couches and a roll-out bed in the closet, so there was ample room for everyone. This was a great experience and I highly recommend a stay here!'

'Had a wonderful week in the condo. Eli was very helpful and quick to answer. We have been staying in other VRBOs across the country in our winter retreat and this was the best of them! Had everything we needed and very spacious. Stores were close by and the Strip and Sam's Town were easy to get to as promised. All in all it was better than we had hoped. Thanks Eli for a wonderful stay!!!'

'This home and backyard was perfect for our family (20 adults & 10 kids) to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary! Each family had their own bedroom / bathroom and there was plenty of entertainment on the property that we didn’t need to leave! We enjoyed the karaoke room and casino tables inside the house, but spent most our time outside in the pool & hot tub or at the enormous bar area. If any problems arose in the house, Greg (homeowner) was very responsive and helpful in resolving the issues....

'Property was just what we needed for a family reunion. Lots of room for all of us to hang out in the kitchen and living room and the dining room had plenty of space for all of us to eat communal meals together. The owners were responsive when we reached out for clarification on the pool/spa controls. The pool table was underwhelming and some of the games in the unheated garage needed repair, but we did not have young children in our group, so it wasn't an issue for us. Would definitely stay...

'We were close to the Vegas strip but you wouldn’t know it. Very quiet and relaxing. Place needs a little TLC but the house was larger than expected. Spent most of our time in the pool or on the strip. Would suggest a bigger coffee pot. But overall very happy we stayed there'

'This is a one-of-a-kind property. The views are spectacular, everyone was very comfortable as there is a lot of space, and it feels very private. The drive to South Lake Tahoe where all the stores and restaurants are is short and pretty. Last second there was an issue with some amenities that was out of the owner's control but they handled it promptly and professionally. I would definitely recommend the house and would come back for an another family trip.'
