« The experience was great. Within a day or two after booking on Expedia, I had a Guest Specialist assigned to me via text who was ultra responsive during my weeklong stay. I paid through Expedia, and the checkin process was performed in advance through the property managers web site (Zelloo/Livily). I arrived at the gate, provided my confirmation number and directed to the tower I'd be staying in. Valet was complimentary. No long lines, I picked up my key at the front desk from MGM Signature...

We felt that our stay here was more accommodating than most of the hotels we normally stay at. We were both incredibly impressed with the attention to the little details. The room was incredibly clean, and the host provided many little essentials like towels and toiletries, coffee, sugar and creamers, bottles of water, and even utensils and plates to eat with if needed....
