'The room was cleaned but the lobby area and elevator was dirty. It was stained with a spilled drink or something. My car was broke into and they took some stuff from it, not cool at all. Lock your cars for sure.'

'Fijne gerenoveerde accommodatie, genoeg ruimte en bedjes bij het zwembad. Studio was lekker ruim. Helaas geen apart toilet en wat kleinere wastafel helemaal als je met meerdere mensen zou zijn. Wij hebben het gered. '

'Goed hotel en bedden lagen heerlijk heel handig dat er een wasmachine en droger aanwezig waren en een keuken. Casino was op loopafstand en ook in de omgeving goede restaurants en winkels. Wel een aanrader om een auto te hebben als je hier slaapt.zwembad was ook heerlijk voor jong en oud wij waren met 2 kinderen van 6 en 13 jaar die hebben zich goed vermaakt.'

'Excellent location, a beautiful setting with great amenities and access to everything Incline Village and Lake Tahoe has to offer. To pick one fault however, it was the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms and properties. Upon arrival, we found food crumbs and popcorn on the bedroom floor.
