'Really comfortable bed. I’d like housekeeping every day rather than every 2 days they have. Coffee and breakfast good.'

'The property listed a pool, but did not list that it was a seasonal pool. Unfortunately, we did not know that until we went to the pool and it was locked. The host was prompt with their replies.'

'Perfect stay for a family traveling with a dog(s). We were in Reno for five days and couldn't have been more impressed with the complex. The unit was clean and comfortable, the potty areas for pets around the complex were abundant, and the manager was very pleasant. Our son enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and basketball court.'

'The location was great and close to where we wanted to be. The house was cute and updated, the bedroom however has 2 windows above the bed that don’t have curtains or blinds so sleeping in was a no go. Went to check in at 4:30 and it was still being cleaned. Once we got in went to take a nap before heading out for the evening and the sheets were damp and not dry all the way which was super frustrating. '

'The Bistro sucked....after the buildup, it was like 7/11 warmed up food.... We checked in on Wed nite and had to request new towels on Fri nite and the again on Sun nite. The bathroom sucked. Who wants to slide in next to the toilet to use the grab bar to get into the tub? The rings on the curtain were intertwined so that the curtain bunched in the middle. The grab bar kept the curtain from being completely closed next to the shower controls. The grab bar should have been at the other...

'There were a ton of restaurants and stores nearby. The house is very cute and perfect for a bachelorette. Ran into an issue, but was able to resolve it fairly quickly.'
