'Checking wasnt very smooth, the keys we received didnt work. THis happened twice more during a 2night stay.'

I did not know that we were staying at a residential room, it was the worse thing ever! I wanted a hotel & no where did it say that it was residential during booking. 'For me the perfect spot for an affordable stay. A lot of restaurants and shops at walking distance. Uber to the airport 25 and the strip 10 dollars. They also provide a shuttle. '

'Good location. Staff and housekeeping was good. We had wet floors due to a leek. The offered another room 2 days into our 4 day stay. Maintenance resopnse was lackluster, didnt attempt to deal with the water. Just gave us extra towels to put down. Windows didnt open and window locks, once pryed open, didnt work. Place was pretty shabby. We wont be back.'

'We enjoyed our stay at the Casita. The host was wonderful with communication and providing great amenities. The Casita had everything you could need for your stay. The host had thought of everything and provided many things. They had ice, robes, slippers, coffee pods, hot chocolate, candy, toiletries, and more. The bedding was so nice and comfortable. Was definitely a luxury feel Casita. Will definitely recommend to friends and family that visit the area.'
