'This property is reasonably priced and well located with easy access to Laurier and Waterloo campuses. I had excellent communication with the host prior to our arrival. Unfortunately, the key was not in the lockbox when we arrived. After a call, she sent someone to bring us the key, which we received 15 minutes after check-in time. 'Great place to stay. Only a couple minor things. 1 the parking spaces were not measured when they made them. So if you get in assigned certain spots and drive an SUV or equivalent you may not fit, just park in visitor parking if thats the case. The only other thing was there was 2 pans for cooking but no pots or skillets to use on the stove top. We didnt need them but those are my suggestions to elevate the space a little more.'

'2 travelers. Lots of plates utensils . Only 1 coffee cup. No other glasses . Empty paper towels. Dirty linen that smelled of mold in washer/dryer. 1 clean towel. No clean wash cloths to wash with. They said the drive was 2 mins to pick up keys, it was 10 mins. And no response on the last message sent . No way to confirm check out. Def 3/5 stars. 'a happy surprise was the fact that there was an ice-cream shop so close to the property. It was super easy to access the village and the Inn.'

'This is a good location, however the essentials like paper towels and toilet paper were lacking in quality. The unit was dated and worn. The patio door lock was not functioning and required a long piece of wood to secure it. Overall I feel that this rental needs an update. Thanks Barrie'
