« Very clean, landlord very responsive, fully equipped, probably not pet friendly, we were going to Gothic Theater for a show, great location for that. House at back of property access is through pathway on left of house or lane half a block up. »

« This place was amazing! Made my experience in Denver twice as amazing. Its very convenient and close to downtown Denver and everything is very modern and updated. The owner’s communication couldn’t have been better, and they made it known that if anything was wrong they would take care of it. 10/10 place to stay in the Denver area and would reccommend for anyone looking to find a more laid back stay in the mile high city! »

« Neighborhood was not as expected. Proximity to The Globe and their delicious bbq was unbelievable. Steps from the cottage. However, walking to the stock show (only 1 mile) took us through a disadvantaged neighborhood with lots of unhoused people. No issues but there were some uncomfortable moments. Cottage is tiny as advertised but clean and adequate. Overall a positive experience. »
