'I was told to go back as I was early so that was fair to come back at 2 and the room was full of rubbish and also no clean bedding to be told to go back out and come back in a hour okay he gave us a drink wouldn't stay again as it wasn’t the best also I do have photos it was a hot day and it smelt funny with all the flys and rubbish'

'Very unique guesthouse, host was lovely and made you feel very welcome. Every room was different, we had a peek in room 5 which was very elegant with a beautiful bay window. Our room was room 8, top floor. A lot to look at in the room. Seemed to be history based. Breakfast was amazing. The only biggie was that the water pressure in the shower was non existent, it wasn’t worth even trying to use it. 'We recently stayed at Acqua Beach Hotel in Weymouth and had a lovely experience overall. It’s a nice, small place that feels welcoming and well-kept. The room was very clean and tidy, which we really appreciated. The staff were all fantastic, always smiling, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay, which made a big difference. 'The property reminded me a lot of the bnb’s that I stayed at in Europe in the 80’s and 90’s. We had a large room with a sitting area and fireplace. John, the proprietor, was wonderful with suggestions for the area. He arranged for transportation to the cruise port for us. The only downside for me was that the bed was harder than I am used to. The White Horse pub around the corner was a great place for food and drink. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it.'
