This 150 m2 villa has a contemporary design and can accommodate up to 8 people.
Bedroom 1: Double bed 160 * 200 with shower room, toilet and access to terrace and swimming pool. Small office corner.
Bedroom 2: 2 * single beds 80 * 190, possibility of bringing the beds together to form a Queen size bed. Bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 4: Bunk beds. Ideal for children.
The main space consists of a living area with TV and a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (an additional refrigerator in the laundry room), an electric oven, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, two blenders, a kettle, etc.
The living room is bright and open, ideal for relaxing with family or friends. A large bay window allows access to the outside where there is a covered dining area.
OUTDOOR
Enjoy al fresco dining on the covered terrace while admiring the mountain and pool views. The well-kept garden offers additional space to relax.
The dining area has a table with benches and a gas barbecue.
Relax in the private swimming pool, perfect for cooling off on sunny days or for unforgettable evenings. The pool measures 8.20*3.20 with a depth of 110 cm. An alarm is installed for the safety of the little ones.
Six sun loungers are available, as well as an umbrella.
