'we had a lovely stay at this wondeful appt. our boys loved the many pools and playgrounds. the house was perfect for our family of 5. close to all the parks, restaurants and shopping malls. would come here again!malls '

'Furniture is severely damaged and undersized. Needs new dining table, chairs, new sofa/bed, new bed night tables. IT advertises as recently remodeled and this is true but just in part as furniture is worn out. '

'Planned a weekend getaway to see the waterski show downtown. Decided to VRBO instead of a hotel and this place was an excellent choice! The cottage is so charming, cozy, and comfortable. It was very clean, well maintained, and had everything you need. The view of Lake Eloise is amazing and the sunsets were stunning! Jana, the hostess, is a delight!'

'The hotel claimed they couldn't find our reservation and both VRBO and the host refused to help. We were charged by both and they will not help resolve the issue. I had a confirmed reservation and vrbo charged my credit card, but when there was an issue, neither the host, VRBO or the Melia Orlando would help. Dishonest con artists abound. The Melia Orlando took my card for incidentals while they checked on the VRBO reservation, then charged me without consent or permission. I can't...
