'Staff is excellent '

'We stayed here for 2 nights in a comfortable suite. The property was very pleasant, as were the staff. Parking was easy and safe. Strange that a hotel of this class doesn't have a bar or restaurant though. I know they offer a glass of wine in the evening, but having to walk 10 minutes to find somewhere to go for a nightcap we found unusual. Feels more like a wedding venue than a full-service hotel. Breakfast was very good.'

'The hotel is dated and dark and needs upkeep. I paid for a king-size room, but the internet connection didn't work there, so I had to be moved to a double, which was just as dark, with torn carpet and broken lampshades. The internet connection did work there, but the TV stopped working after a while. The following day, I was offered to move to other rooms, each with different problems of their own: loud air conditioning, and no internet connection again (even though it was an "upgrade"). I...

'Breakfast was excellent as the lady who tended it kept it spotless and well prepared. She had a smile on her face and greeted everyone. Our room was perfect. The only issue we had was with the shower door. I’m surprised Hampton hasn’t replaced it. '

'We had a wonderfully relaxing stay. The house has a great location, within walking distance to some fabulous restaurants. The area is quiet and well kept. The staff is very personable and attentive. We will definitely be back soon!'

'The location was perfect for the event I was in town for. The rooms were very clean and well furnished. The staff, especially the general manager, were all incredibly nice and helpful.
