'My six guest and I were locked out of our room after returning at 12am from a concert due to a faulty hotel door lock!! .We did not get into the room until 3am after the maintenance man had to drive 45 minutes from home to fix the lock. The hotel was booked so we had to wait in the lobby with blankets and pillows until we could get into the room. It was embarrassing! As far as the room.. the phones did not work, could not sign onto Wi-Fi, and the mini fridge was pulled out from the under cabinet...

'Wifi didnt work. Front desk wasnt able to help. Neither was the company running the service. Laundry issues. runs on quarters too, however hotel is not able to supply. Besides those 2 frustrating issues, all good, however hotel is stuck in the mid 90's, thats what it looks like. Nothing wrong with that, but its not even trying to compete with the rest. Room windows poorly seal so sound like theyre open all the time. Not worth the price. There are far better options for the same if not lower...

'On check in several other people were lined up behind me. Everyone had reservations however there were only 2 rooms available. The manager stated that third party (Expedia) had overbooked them again. There were 4 people that had reservations but had to leave without a room. I got a room because I got there first. The non smoking room had clearly been smoked in. The whole room smelled of smoke and it was difficult to sleep because of the stench. I didn’t complain as it was late And I knew...

'Great location and an easy 10min Uber ride to the concert. Check-in was smooth, and the staff was friendly initially. Unfortunately, after returning from the concert after 1 AM, we discovered the bathroom light and exhaust fan weren’t working. We tried the breaker, but it didn’t help. Exhausted, we ended up showering in the dark using our phone flashlights. I mentioned it at checkout and was met with defensiveness rather than an apology. 'Very friendly staff. Comfortable beds. But my favorite part of the whole experience was the breakfast. Wow! So many choices--waffles, pancakes, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Yum! I also really appreciate their free happy-hour drinks and nibbles. They have a lovely indoor/outdoor pool and jacuzzi and a nice gym. Best value for the money.'
