« I asked for the location of the laundry room front desk said 2nd floor went to 2nd floor and the laundry room was full of boxes that was so big they smothered the washer and dryer l went back to front desk they called maintenance they said the laundry room was not working go next door to other hotel use theirs and was very rude and showed no concern I NEVER SEEN A MARRIOTT SO TERRIBLE IN SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM »

« Furniture out of date but clean room, nice front desk agent »

« Good »

« We learned what “extended stay” means. No coffee no hand towels, no shampoo, cond. only one bar of soap. A sink and a hob, but no dishes or pots/pans. No food or refreshments in the lobby at all. Not even a continental brkfst. No automatic doors either, better keep one hand free carrying your luggage. »

« The property was beautiful and clean the staff was so nice ! »

« The front desk were very polite and helpful. They throughly explained all the amenities and stayed in communication when we needed something. The lobby area was clean and spacious. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Sheets and towels were neatly folded. Also plenty of parking. »
