'We stayed here for 2 nights in a comfortable suite. The property was very pleasant, as were the staff. Parking was easy and safe. Strange that a hotel of this class doesn't have a bar or restaurant though. I know they offer a glass of wine in the evening, but having to walk 10 minutes to find somewhere to go for a nightcap we found unusual. Feels more like a wedding venue than a full-service hotel. Breakfast was very good.'

Although laundry machines are available on each floor, I was told "we are out" every day I asked to purchase a box of laundry soap. No response as...

'I’ve stayed at multiple Embassy Suites throughout the U.S. This was the first time I experienced a $10 parking fee at this Embassy Suites. I was surprised that there was a charge for an open parking lot. Our power was out due to a car accident and we needed something immediately. It had been awhile since we frequent the Greensboro location. We don’t have any plans to return as this hotel is outdated and needs some deep cleaning.'
