Aside than being surrounded by majestic trees and beautiful greenery, our home’s located in proximity to many of Wilmington’s attractions - it’s 4.6 miles from the Delaware Riverside, 6.1 miles to Brandywine Creek State Park, 6.9 miles to Brandywine Zoo, 7.1 miles to the Delaware Art Museum, 8.2 miles to Winterthur Museum and Library, and so much more…

And best of all, Evergreen Retreat has its own game room in the man cave downstairs, equipped with a pool / billiard table, a foosball table, a bar and a flat screen TV, perfect for friends and families to get together. We even have toys and board games to keep the little ones entertained. So in case of a rainy or snowy day, you needn't worry about having fun when stuck indoors.

FURRY FRIENDS
- Prior approval is required. We allow up to 3 dogs for an additional fee of $200/stay for the first pet, and $100/stay for each additional pet after that.
- Must be fully house-trained.
- Must be completely cleaned up after.
- Leashed at all times when not in a fenced area.
- Crated indoors when not home with the pet.
- If barking becomes an issue during your stay, alternative arrangements must be made.
- Not allowed on indoor furniture or on the bedding.

KINDLY NOTE
- For your peace of mind, surveillance cameras are located around the exterior of the house (one by the home’s entrance, and one by the garage). No inside cameras.
- Noise monitors inside and outside the house do not record voice or conversation, they only monitor decibels.
- Safety features: fire extinguisher, smoke detector, first aid kit.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For the security of our guests, every guest who enters the home during your stay MUST be listed on the reservation. Please, make sure to register the correct number of guests. Undisclosed guests who are not included in the official confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination without a refund.
