'We really enjoyed the location, staff, cleanliness, and design of this hotel. It was the perfect place to stay in Fredericksburg. We were able to easily walk to everything we wanted to do over the weekend. The only complaint I have is based on principle alone. We were charged a $25 per day amenity fee that is not disclosed anywhere and it is not mentioned or listed at check-in. The fee was in addition to the $26.50 daily fee/tax that is disclosed on Expedia and mentioned at check-in. The...

'No deep cleaning done in rooms. Dirty in bathroom. Bedding was old and worn. Very limited staff. Breakfast offered was stale muffins awful. Pool was not maintained and an oily film was floating on top. I always look at the rating on properties and this hotel was definitely misrepresented. Old, Old, Old and the room rate was expensive for a hotel stay of this quality. Would not recommend this property to anyone.'
