« ….location and space for our annual family gathering. Parking can be a challenge but the property owner and neighbor make a significant effort to accommodate renters’ needs. The property owner responds quickly from the time of booking through the rental period. Pluses: proximity to the beach, bed linens, bathroom towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, for the kids, and a large grill are all available at the house. The kitchen lacked a few things for a large group, but we figured it out...

« What an amazing beach vacation we had here!!!! One of the most desirable locations, steps to the beach, located in very family friendly quite street. This is my 2nd time staying at this perfect vacation home and it exceeded my expectations as always. Host Molly was very quick to respond to messages and very helpful with everything. House has a huge covered deck, nice size living room, kitchen has all the essentials, AC works great, beach passes, w/d, 1.5 bathrooms, outdoor shower and grill!!!!!!...

« The home is exactly as described. The sunsets, WOW, as promised, were the BEST.The owners have put much effort in to making their place as comfortable as can be! The kitchen has all the stuff needed to make whatever you crave. The spaces are comfortable, not fancy, well loved. We spent nearly every moment in the kitchen or on the deck gazing out! « Nice 4 bed/4 bath option. Clean. Location was convenient to see the historical sites in Philly. Very convenient to have a garage as on street parking is slim pickings!!! Wonderful rooftop area!! Owner notified us ahead of time that, due to heavy rains, the townhouse had a leak. The roof was replaced, but they were still working on acquiring new replacement furniture. Interim furniture that was there was still very comfortable and useful. Fully equipped kitchen, but icemaker in door...

« Location was exactly as advertised. Close to amenities in Beach Haven, the bay and the ocean. House is well maintained pleasantly decorated and was perfect for our family. Patio on the lagoon was well maintained as was the boat dock. We had a great week the host was very responsive and friendly. »

« This is a beautiful house within walking distance to the boardwalk and beach. My grandchildren loved playing in the garage which had basketball, shuffleboard and a video game machine. Dominic was great, responding immediately to my questions. A great time had by all! »

« Amanda was a gracious and lovely host.Her house is a home away from home.The decor is beautiful, she had everything we needed and it was walking distance from a few restaurants,an AMAZING Pie Spot called Susie’s Pie and Coffee Shop(you MUST GO IF YOU BOOK HERE),as well as a supermarket and Wawa.Her backyard was our favorite spot to conjure after our outings.We hope to rebook here again! »
