'Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at Riu Palace Pacifico. The location is beautiful, the property is impeccably clean, and the food was absolutely excellent across the board. My only critique is that for an adult-only property, the vibe was a bit on the boring side—they could definitely use more entertainment tailored for adults. If you want pure relaxation in a stunning setting with great meals, it's fantastic, but don't expect a lot of nightlife or high-energy activities.'

'The minute we got dropped off at the property we were greeted by Eduardo who was very welcoming.
The whole resort was clean, our room was spacious and clean. The room service was always on top of keeping our rom well maintained. At the pool side Oliver and Gustavo gave us amazing customer service. We can’t wait to go back.'

'El hotel no es de la categoría que dice ser, las instalaciones muy viejas, se ve que no le dan el mantenimiento adecuado, se ve completamente viejo y olvidado.
El personal muy amable, siempre atento eso es algo en lo que si destaca el hotel.
