Hotelresorts in Westkust

'In general a successful stay. We found the front desk staff somewhat condescending during most interactions during our stay. The rest of the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. There are radical differences between suites throughout the various buildings. Ours was very tired, showing its 30+ years with very few updates. No fridge, cracked bathroom counters and inconsistent water controls. On the plus side the AC worked very well. Restaurant and cafe service and food were always...

'They are still in the process of remodeling and adding on. They are building a restaurant right by the pool so you could hear that construction while at the pool. Only one out of five elevators were working. The fire alarm went off everyday due to them working on the elevators. The breakfast buffet was in the sports bar due to remodeling. We will go back eventually, just going to wait two years.'

'The staff was friendly and it is a great location to walk downtown. Unfortunately, they really try to push the vacation package and unless you go to the presentation to get VIP, many of the amenities are unavailable to you'

'The food was very monotonous. But the service was good—special thanks to Jacobet.'

Seguro volvemos!!'

'One of the best accommodation, every single staff is 5 star !!!'

'A nice pueblito style resort. Simple but clean rooms and a great staff. There are enough restaurants (buffet and a la carte) with enough to choose from. Hygiene is checked very well by the restaurant. Enough swimming pools to find yourself a quiet spot and a nice beach.'

'This is our 2nd time staying. We love the options offered by the resort and the amount of activities. The staff is always super helpful and accommodating.'
