« We arrived early and the property owners were nice enough to let us check in earlier than expected. Check-in was easy.place was clean and all amenities fully stocked. You literally can just show up with toothbrush. Place is small but perfect for a couple . Nice patio just outside the door. So close to Zilker park you can walk. You are just a short drive to congress scene. Communication was excellent . Great value for Austin . Highly recommend »

« Nice place, perfect for our needs, super convenient. I would definitely return for a night or too. The only thing to note is: it might be difficult for older people or those with mobility challenges. I took my 82 year old aunt to Austin with me. She did ok with the hill and stairs, but it took her a minute to navigate, her knees are scheduled to be replaced soon… otherwise she would have been fine, but she is active and healthy. « I live in Austin and was having remodeling done on my home. I wanted something basic, clean and convenient. The stay at the sweet, provided amenities I did not expect- a well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Clean, well appointed and great communication. The two items to be aware is parking is very tight in a high volume area. Another tenant actually let his door go and put a large dent in my new car. « Great place! My daughter and I loved the decor, and you simply cannot get a better location than this. Walk downhill 3 min. or ride 1 min. by bike to the back gate at Barton Springs Pool (unfortunately closed during our visit). From here, the hike and bike trails unlock Zilker & Austin without traffic, in shade most of the day. There's a corner store with a pizzeria next door for necessities. The condo is cozy and easy to access, communication was great, and we had no complaints about the stay. »
