'Great room and the staff were very accommodating when I informed them that the room was still semi dirty when we first walked in at check in. They quickly rectified the situation and upgraded the room. '

They refused to back it off even after speaking with an Expedia staff member. One staff member said that the fee was already included in my Expedia charge. I got my credit card bill today. They lied. I was charged the extra fee. I would not recommend this hotel for that reason. Had I known about the extra fee, I certainly would not have...

'Hotel lijkt meer op een motel maar is mooi gelegen en kamers hebben prachtig zicht op de baai. Ontbijt is overvloedig in hoeveelheid maar enkel zoete dingen (een beetje teveel van het goedenavond Europese normen). Ontvangst was zeer goed. Wij waren hier voor 3 dagen en hadden spijt om verder te moeten trekken'

'Clean room. You do have to pay for parking. At night, the hallways do get very noisy.'

'Overall trip was good..but hold my credit card for security was told a security deposit will be held on my credit card and my funds would return to my card after stay, but was charge a room boarding fee for each night and after calling to dispute was told expedia should have told me. Expedia didnt take my credit card and told me one thing then did another thing. Deceitful.'

'The staff was super-friendly and inviting. I couldn't stop talking about how charming this place was, nestled right in the shadow of the Trop. Our room was very clean, and bathroom toiletries were provided. We enjoyed a great complimentary breakfast before we departed on Sunday. I would definitely recommend to all of my friends.'
