Watkins 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Lake Home

Come for vacation with family and friends on the waters of Clear Lake located in Watkins Minnesota. This lake home was built in 2005 located less than 2 hours NW of Minneapolis/ St. Paul and less than thirty minutes to St. Cloud and Buffalo. Guests will enjoy lakeside fires, with built in fire-pit & seating area. Nearby boat access, paddle boat for your enjoyment and fishing from the dock. Cottage faces west for amazing sunsets. The property is a 3 bedroom 2 bath. The porch has a day bed with trundle, game table with 4 chairs and a loveseat. Enjoy sitting on the 4 season porch looking out onto the lake. The property is all one level and is located on a flat lot with plenty of space for activities and yard games. The property has enough beds for 8 adults. Master bedroom has a queen size bed with bath and closet. Second bedroom has a queen bed and closet. The third bedroom has a queen bed and closet. Main bathroom has a full shower/tub. Open concept kitchen that includes all appliances/utensils that are available for use. This includes Microwave, Dishwasher, Stove, Large fridge/ freezer (ice maker) Toaster, Coffee Pot/Keurig, Etc. Good drinkable water and soft water for showers. The living room is centrally located with plenty of seating for everyone. This lake home has Wifi for your use. There is a full size washer and dryer and central air. Many interesting local places to explore-quaint towns with antiques & vintage shops! Wonderful local restaurants, wine tasting in Kimball and brewery in Annandale.
Please, only 1 pet allowed.
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.

Peaceful lakeside oasis

We absolutely loved our stay again this year at this little slice of lakeside heaven!!! The home is clean, well organized and well stocked. The firepit has ample seating to enjoy sunsets. We spent hours relaxing and reading on the deck, with the umbrella providing shade when the beautiful trees didn’t as the sun move across the sky. The kitchen is very well stocked and we have found over the years we have stayed that we lack nothing. The small fridge in the porch is excellent for beverages while keeping the main fridge for food. We will definitely be back, we love our annual trip here!

The Home is very nice and the decor is great. They have everything you would need to just bring your suitcase and enjoy the scenery this home has to offer. Enjoyed seeing the pelicans & herons daily! My family and I stayed for a week and had the best time! The pictures do not do this beautiful property justice. The lake and the l and the flowers and the yard are just beautiful. The house is well stocked and laid out to perfect toy suit l a larger group. We shared so many laughs and made memories to last a lifetime. I highly recommend this beautiful lakehome.

Lakeside Oasis

We loved our time at this beautiful lakeside oasis! The home’s layout is comfortable and provides plenty of sleeping spaces. The kitchen is stocked with every utensil and cooking dish you could possibly need. The gardens around the property are so beautiful and peaceful. The fire pit provided plenty of sitting space for lovely relaxing evenings! The lake is weedy so swimming wasn’t on our agenda, but we enjoyed being out on the water in our boat and spent lots of time fishing! The kiddos enjoyed catching little sunnies off the dock :) We’ll be back for sure!

Great property.

The pictures on VRBO don't do this property justice. The property is just beautiful, from the decor inside to the landscape design outside. The lake was another story. Our reason for choosing clear lake was to fish for walleye or fish we don't have in our area in Iowa. The invasive species problem made it impossible to do. I hope they find a solution. We still managed to enjoy ourselves however because of the great property. Would not hesitate to book again.

Lovely place!!!

Great place to stay! Gorgeous flowers. Amazing deck looking out to the lake! Grandson caught his first fish off the dock. Lots of birds. We hope to go back in the fall sometime.

Wonderful cabin on the lake! We have been coming for years and plan to come back next year!

The property is on a wonderful lot! Close to the public landing for us to put the pontoon in. Lake is a little weedy in the area beyond the dock, but the lake association was working on clearing weeds throughout the week we were there. We found our fishing spot 😊. Early morning walks alone the road were peaceful. Enjoyed watching the birds come and go from the feeders on the property. Spacious cabin 😊. We will be back next year 😊

Cannot wait for our next stay!

We loved everything about our stay! The home was very comfortable and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed daily walks and seeing neighbor’s gardens and landscaping. The home has plenty of seating indoors and out, many different areas to relax with a book, enjoy the fire pit, or watch the gorgeous sunsets! The kitchen was well supplied and had plenty of space for us to gather and prepare our meals. We also enjoyed local Restaurants. We didn’t want our week to end and cannot wait to be back!
