🛌 Second Bedroom (Studio-style): A cozy private space with a queen-size bed.

🛋️ Living Area: Relax in the inviting living room with a sofa bed and Smart TV.

🍳 Fully Equipped Kitchen: Includes all the essentials for cooking and dining.

🧺 In-Unit Washer & Dryer: Enjoy added convenience during your stay.



Guest Access:

As our guest, you have full access to the entire private apartment and the building's excellent amenities.



🏊‍♂️ Pool Access: Enjoy access to our relaxing outdoor pool! Please note that the community requires wristbands for entry. We provide a set of 2 wristbands for $30 USD (please note that 2 is the maximum limit allowed per stay).



⚠️ Important: If a wristband is lost, the charges a $50 USD replacement fee.

Parking: Please display your parking permit at all times to avoid being towed. We are not responsible for towed vehicles.



Supplies: We provide a starter kit of supplies. Please note that bath towels and washcloths are not included.



The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures.
