The nearby IMKA Theatre is also worth a visit. Less than 1.5 kilometers from the apartment is the Military University of Technology, making it an ideal location for students attending the institution. The surrounding area offers various shops, cafés, restaurants, and service points. The apartment’s location allows for convenient travel around the city, with numerous bus and tram stops nearby.
