'My girls were over the moon for the Mermaid Cottage! A few minute walk to the beach. Owner lives next door so easy to communicate. I would like to visit again with friends. '

'Our family had a restful 3 day getaway before the kids head back to college. Easy parking for two vehicles. The cottage is well-appointed and comfortable. The beds were comfy with ample pillows and nice bedding. Short, direct walk to the beach. I think this street hasn't seen as much improvement as the neighboring streets, but surely will someday. Very friendly, quiet, and dog-oriented area just as we remember our regular visits to Oxnard over the past couple of decades. We hope to stay again!'

'The location is great and the house was very clean and had all of the amenities you could want. I liked that it has two wings of the house for privacy. The fire pit is a wonderful feature for the cool coastal nights. Every bedroom has access to the backyard which is nice. I would highly recommend this house. We truly enjoyed our stay and definitely want to return.'
