'Clean room, nicely decorated. Across the hall from a bar/restaurant but did not bother us. It was a rainy day, so we were unable to enjoy the amenities. Overall a nice clean stay.'

'We had just one night, but felt it to be a true homebase for a visit. First, of note, was the very (!) comfortable bed , thoughtful amenities --including a TV with streaming subscriptions all loaded. along with added space to settle in the sitting room which had a fridge and freezer. The centrality of this charming historic property --within easy walking distance of sites, restaurants, book store and shops--was of importance to us. We felt free to use it as a base to explore the city of Kingston...

'While the Inn was very clean, the room had a few problems: broken blinds, missing drawer handles, holes in towel, etc. The pictures on line show the gorgeous bar which only opens a few days a week, not when we were there, and the self check-in was a bit tricky as we received the wrong code 2x. Location was fabulous for access to Lake George Village.'

'Perfect place to stay the night. You can hear the train passing by, but there are ear plugs and a white noise machine in the room. It didn't bother us at all, but it might other folks'

'Clean room, beautiful setting, congenial owner. Overall, a very positive experience staying here for four days. I think we would have enjoyed connecting with the owners/operators more. We were made to feel right at home. This is a wonderful spot to stay if you're in the area.'

'Period furnishing attractive. Climate controlled air conditioning refreshing. Enjoyed the whirlpool tub. Breakfast choices varied and delicious. Staff courteous and helpful. Would book again .'
