'Excellent location and service.'

'Very nice facility. Staff is friendly and helpful. The property is clean and well maintained.'

'Austin was an amazing host with great dining recommendations in the area, including Cooperstown and the surrounding smaller towns, which were surprisingly good. Breakfast included lots of cereal, fruit, yogurt and other cold options, but the highlight was Austin's awesome waffles, his specialty. His real specialty is his getting to know guest's names, home towns, etc. and his friendly manner that encouraged lots of conversation at breakfast. The rooms met my wife's high standard for...

'Enjoy our stay very much! 10/10'

'The view of Lake Champlain is beautiful. We really liked the breakfast to go bar. Only one complaint. There were flies buzzing around room one. The windows were closed, but we could not see where they were coming in from.'

'I have already opened a case with Expedia and have not heard back- I contacted the hotel directly Hello, I have arrived at the property and am disappointed to find that it does not match the listing photos or description. 'Super clean private room with fully intentional and effective set up. Mary and Kevin were above and beyond accommodating.'

It was hard not to take them all home with us. The guesthouse was absolutely gorgeous with cozy decor and every detail thoughtfully considered. We loved relaxing on the patio and taking in the amazing views. It was the perfect place to...

'The property is a early 20th century house in the small downtown area of Scottsville, with easy access to Rochester, Henrietta, etc. The interior is wonderfully decorated including possibly early 19th century funiture, artwork, maps, etc. The layout is a dormitory-type of plan, with a shared kitchen, etc.'

'Beautiful place.'
