'Mooie kamer, erg handig parkeergarage van hotel direct onder het hotel. Meerdere etage’s dus altijd plek voor je auto. Klein zwembad, ontbijt was goed niet overdreven. Yoghurt fruit brood baggles, zelf wafels maken.
Bed was erg goed. Hotel ligt op paar minuten rijden van Warner Bros Studio’s en gebouw waarje de Warner Bros Studio tour kan doen. Ook Disney studio’s Burbank op paar minuten rijden. Rustige omgeving.'

'We really enjoy staying at the Hotel. Hotel is very nice, clean and smells really good. Front Desk people are very nice, accommodating and very friendly. Area is walking distance to Universal Studio and City Walk. Free juice and coffee. Bed is comfortable and room is clean. My only complaint is that the room is too dark. '

'Prima locatie als je naar Universal Studio's wilt. Dat is op 10 minuten lopen (als je de Shuttle Bus van Universal pakt bij de metro, anders 25 minuten lopen). Verder is er weinig te doen in de buurt. '
'It was an exceptional experience! Kiki & the entire staff were super friendly & helpful.
We arrived at 10AM & they stored our luggage (no charge) while we went out for the day. Upon returning at 3pm, Kiki walked us to our room where they'd already put our bags. She explained our room key would also unlock the hotel's front door. We appreciated they kept it locked at all times; you could either ring the bell to be let in or use your key.

'The Charlie ranks at the top of the list of places in which we have stayed. I would describe our Dylan suite as cozy luxury. As soon as entered we immediately felt welcomed and at home! All rooms (bath, bedroom, living room and small kitchen) were immaculate. One of my criteria for a top-notch stay is the quality of the bed and bed linens and it passed with flying colors! Although the kitchen is tiny, it contained a stove, dishwasher and full-size fridge in case you wanted to cook.

'Great West Hollywood hotel right below Sunset Blvrd. Love the spacious garden area and restaurant. Lots of creatives and artists in this celebrity hotel. Pool and some rooms are a little dated (when considering the price) but that’s made up for by the great customer service and overall vibe.'

'Goed hotel/appartement, prima service en ontbijt. Vooral de 24 uur gratis snacks en wasservice is perfect. Super ligging bij walk of fame, dome etc..parkeren kost wat 17 dollar ongeveer per nacht maar geen geld voor die omgeving. Zou het zo weer boeken. Zeer ruime kamers.'
'My friend and I only stayed for one night but Simon at the front desk was amazing and helpful and Luis was our driver on the shuttle bus. He was so friendly! Gave us great advice on what get at Porto's for breakfast the next morning and made sure we knew where to be when he picked us up that night!! Will definitely stay there again!!! Thanx guys!! The overall style is a bit darkish but that's in line with the original design. The lobby is fantastic art deco styled. The absolute highlight of the hotel is the pool. The setting is very Hollywood, the cabins, the restaurants, the service. All ace."
