'12月17日～18日に車椅子利用の父親と利用させて頂きました。女性のフロントスタッフのホスピタリティはすごかったです。車椅子利用と事前連絡させて頂き、当日はすぐ近くの駐車場の利用やエレベーター前の階段の車椅子の移動など、バスルームの段差の対応などして頂き、感謝しています。チェックアウト後の駐車場の利用も可能であり、父親と無事トロッコ電車に乗ることが出来ました。こじんまりとしたホテルですが渡月橋も部屋から見えますし、阪急嵐山駅も近いです。温泉施設もあり、便利と思います。また、季節を変えて利用させて頂きたいと思います。'

'Modern hotel with old Japan touches. Loved the yakata robes and tatami mat floors. Most comfy Japanese hotel bed ever. The cafe that serves breakfast below was amazing and I loved the quiet location in Arashiyama. It was an easy 15 minute walk to the river.'

'Nice place. Chose the dormitory, the bed does creak with every movement as it is made of wood. It was good for a one night stay for me, but if you are staying for 2 night or more, I recommend choosing the rooms instead. Lovely staff though, I was able to leave my luggage early in the morning before check in. '

'One of the best hotels in Arashiyama. Spacious, modern rooms. Very friendly and helpful staffs. Special thanks to Ms Rinka. I lost my wallet while walking between a restaurant and the hotel, and Ms Rinka volunteered to take me to the police station and help me file the police report. Turns out someone had found the wallet and brought it to the police station, so I was able to retrieve my wallet and nothing was lost. 'Als familie van 4 personen, 2 volwassenen en 2 tieners, hebben wij een prima verblijf gehad. Wij verbleven in een 4 persoonskamer met gedeelde badkamer en toilet. In de gedeelde keuken kun je alles gebruiken. De Ryokan is typisch Japans en een leuke belevenis. Prima service. Prachtige tuin. Restaurant in het hoofdgebouw. Bushalte en supermarkt op loopafstand. Met de bus 20 minuten naar Kyoto Station.'
