'We booked a deluxe room, and we got a normal room. The staff was aware of the mistake, but refused to refund the difference. They said I had to address the management. The management finally did not do anything. And that happened at that place two times!'

'Rather confusing Instructions about the apartment and how to gain entry. Address provided on Expedia is different from one where need go to sign in, pay City Tax and collect access code. Breakfast item requires a good 1km walk to other location to get. Need be more upfront and clear about these.'

'It was horrible. They claim to have a 24/7 reception but when we arrived in the night, there was no one there. It took 17 minutes of calling numbers before the owner picked up the phone. It took another 20 minutes before he called us back to give us a code to enter the building (which hadn’t been send before at expedia). The rooms were old, stain on the bed. But we were glad that we had a place to stay for the night.'

'Ik had geen kamer in het hoofdgebouw, maar een appartement in een bijgebouw in een zijstraat. Appartement was groot, maar de staat vd kamer niet ok. Lampjes kapot en beddegoed niet heel schoon. Buurt is super! Wel wifi en een lift en aardige receptie medewerkers. Week erna heb ik een nacht ini een kamer in het hoofdgebouw geslapen en daar was alles okay'

'Really awful management, had to cancel our stay due to a medical emergency. Had asked management for a letter of cancellation or no show for my insurance policy and they’ve ignored all requests and have refused to provide evidence which means we can’t even go through the travel insurance to get some of the money back. Really disgraceful service and would advise to stay away from booking with such an awful company due to the lack of general help.'
