'Very nice, safe, quiet area within easy driving of restaurants and parks. Ocean Beach is about 30 minutes away. Very nice pitch and putt that is free to use. Pool is heated and not too crowded. Lady Rivera is very easy to work with and responded to our call and texts quickly. Condo is first floor and contained all the essentials. Highly recommend. '

'The property was exactly as listed and the staff at the security gate were all so friendly. The community pool and amenities were well maintained and very clean. The gym on site is excellent. We had great comminication with Candy for check in/out and during our stay. She was very attentive and dropped off some additional supplied half way through our stay (trash bags/toilet paper/etc). 'This property has the best beachfront location you can hope for. Wake up to hear the ocean, feel the fresh breeze, and the sun on your skin! What a dream!! Meticulously furnished, I can tell the thoughtfulness that the host went through to put this property together. Very clean and there are plenty of beach towels, chairs (4), and one beach umbrella. Communication with the host was promt and clear. We absolutely loved this property and would definitely stay again!!'

Prior to renting, we were familiar with the area so have nothing bad to say about it or the amenities at Island Village - we knew what we were getting into & didn't have expectations of a stay at The Ritz.
