'We had an unexpected layover due to a canceled flight. Since we did not have our luggage, the staff kindly provided all of the necessary toiletries for us at no additional charge. You were very kind and concerned. The place was beautiful and the rooms were well adorned. We will stay here again someday.'

'Staff was rude during breakfast time both times, the breakfast was great which was a let down dealing with the rude attendant. The rooms smelled bad upon arrival but did look clean. The power went out the following morning and staff was very unorganized and unprofessional in handling the matter. They did not give us any credit for the early checkout nor had any information to how long or why we had to be in a hot dark hotel room.
