'We had an unexpected layover due to a canceled flight. Since we did not have our luggage, the staff kindly provided all of the necessary toiletries for us at no additional charge. 'Staff was rude during breakfast time both times, the breakfast was great which was a let down dealing with the rude attendant. The rooms smelled bad upon arrival but did look clean. The power went out the following morning and staff was very unorganized and unprofessional in handling the matter. They did not give us any credit for the early checkout nor had any information to how long or why we had to be in a hot dark hotel room. When we left at 8 am and we received two separate emails for...
