I arrived to my room to discover that the remote to the tv was broken and being held together by tape, the television had sound but no picture, the bathroom was not clean and the door to the bathroom was broken and the toilet and shower were filthy. I contacted the front desk who informed that there was nothing to be done as maintenance was gone and so was housekeeping. She rudely informed me that it was a long holiday weekend...
