'We had an unexpected layover due to a canceled flight. Since we did not have our luggage, the staff kindly provided all of the necessary toiletries for us at no additional charge. You were very kind and concerned. The place was beautiful and the rooms were well adorned. We will stay here again someday.'

'I can't do much in the way of reviewing since I didn't actually stay there. My flight from DFW was cancelled due to weather so I made a reservation at this property because it had airport transfers. However, when I tried to call to ask for a transfer, nobody answered the phone number I was provided. I called at least 3 times and no answer. Because I was concerned about getting a room to stay I made another reservation at a Holiday Inn, and someone was able to come get me. When I asked for...

'El cuarto estaba bastante limpio pero muy descuidado. Para viajar uno solo, es un poco wear. El piso del baño muy quebrado, y pues el señor de la recepción muy poco atento a explicar donde estaba el gym, por atender otros clientes. El gym estaba descuidado, sin toalla.'
