'This was the cheapest condo we could find for our stay. It was a bit further away from the parks ( about 1 hour ). There was no checking in onsite communication went through email. The condo looked great and clean but we had several issues. The most important issues where a stuck balcony door and not working airco. 'Family owned and operated rentals, they have several in the area. Was such a cute and cozy little stay. Quiet area very conveniently located to everything you need. Was here for a volleyball tournament so really just needed it for a place to shower and rest and it was perfect for just that! Ran into a few hiccups when we got there but I contacted the host and they responded and corrected it super fast! Super nice and responsive host, will definitely stay in one of their rentals again! '

'Overall, it was great for the price we paid. Property manager was easy to work with and communication was always timely. Location was not ideal for our needs but we made it work. The neighborhood was quiet. Parking was great making unloading and loading a breeze. We never did figure out the TV. Even though we didn't need it during our stay, it looks like they have added supplemental air conditioning.'

'We were here for college baseball. The place was great for the two of us and close to 2 of the fields the boys played at. Great chicken place called Love Bird. Close to Publix and we cooked breakfast at the studio which was great. I would definitely stay here again. '

'I and my 89 year old mother stayed in this property for 4 days while visiting relatives. It was extremely clean and well equipped. The kitchen was well supplied for its size. The apartment had everything we needed. It was very quiet and very close to many resteraunts and Legoland. I would highly recommend it! The host was very thoughtful and considerate and responded very quickly to any needs.'
