'The staff is super friendly. They let us check in a few hours early. They have a beautiful lobby and thet are located next to the river- the sound of the running water is amazing. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. They serve a great breakfast as part of your stay. And they kept our luggage while we visited Machu Picchu. I would highly recommend them. Sandra'

'Great place to stay in AC. Really nice, with very helpful staff. Ideally located. Unfortunately Expedia advertises it as having a river view, but you are actually behind the train tracks. Quiet, nice, and would recommend for family and friends.'

'Someone was waiting for us at the train station to take us to Rupa. That was nice because the place is not easy to find. Also someone carried the luggage which was much appreciated while it's a very steep climb to the hotel. Rooms are nicely decorated and staff is very helpfull and speak good english. So a perfect place to stay. Only negative I can say is that the showers where not hot but that is realy the only thing. '

'El primer cuarto que nos dieron no estaba limpio, las sabanas estaban manchadas y todo olia a guardado. Con el segundo cuarto fue igual. El agua de la ducha era fria. El desayuno nunca fue remplazado, entonces si no eres de los primeros lo que queda ( que es poco) esta seco'

'Good location - close to train station and shopping/dining. Older/traditional rooms/bathrooms. It was a bit noisy in our room with the constant sounds from the plumbing. Hot water was in the shower was the best we saw in all of our trip to Peru though. Friendly, helpful staff.'

'The location was very convenient and within walking distance of many attractions. The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. However, they only spoke Spanish, which made communication quite difficult for international travelers who do not speak the language. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but better English communication would greatly improve the guest experience.'

'Be prepare if not speak Spanish. Hotel all staff is no speak English not one word but they are trying to understand you just smiling if you ask anything they don't have no idea. Also it's very small hotel bed is not comfortable at all showers anything don't expect anything over there .we was very much tired I don't have not much choice just stayed. Bc I can't communicate if you trying to communicate with them just waste your time better go to sleep.'
