'Net hotel, met basis voorzieningen op 3 sterren niveau. Leuk & goed personeel. Goede ligging t.a.v. station en bus naar Machu Picchu. Hotel relatief duur t.a.v. de voorzieningen, zoals de meeste hotels in Machu Picchu, je betaalt voor de locatie dichtbij het wereld wonder. '

'The location was great, although Google maps didn't quite find it correctly and I had to ask in a nearby hotel. Staff and breakfast were fantastic! Convenient luggage storage and great views!
Only downside was the noises coming from the street from busses and people and the eventual rude guests thumping their feet outside the door going up and down the stairs.'

'My door would not lock, both from the inside and the outside. There was a second kind of lock (that it can only open a few cm), it was alright. The staff (only Spanish) was really kind and I could check in early without extra charge. The free tea was also nice.'

'Very clean and comfortable rooms. Had a nice Mountain View. The location is actually really nice, quiet and accessible to most major attractions within a 5 min walk. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve had. Also they started breakfast at 5am so that’s great if you have a 6am time slot for the Machu Picchu'

'The hotel is older on a small side street of the main tourist area. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. The 3 star rating is due to a strange window into the hallway. It had curtains but not completely blacked out. Also quite noisy at night due to barking dogs in the neighborhood. The room was clean but bathroom had older fixtures and tile grout very soiled. The outside window did not close completely and there was no AC. Couldn’t really open the window for long due to the bugs. The...

'Their location is unbeatable! You just have to walk down the stairs to catch the bus to Machu Picchu, and the train station is right across the street. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly.
However, the price was supposed to be $170. The lady asked if I wanted to be charged in soles (Peruvian currency), which I agreed to because paying in the local currency is usually more beneficial when it comes to bank exchange rates. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. The...

'Finding the hotel was difficult but we were lucky to find the Tourism Office and after a quick call a hotel member appeared and escorted us to the hotel. It is a budget hotel although as it was only for one night it acceptable, well that was until we found out they they had allocated our double room to someone else, and she was travelling on her own!!! The room they offered us instead was directly facing the sun and the temperature was well over 40 degrees even with the curtains closed. And the...
