'Prettige, ruime schone kamer'

'Uitstekend hotel !! '

'Omar was an exceptionally attentive and responsible member of the hotel staff. He arranged a quiet room for me so I could get a good night’s sleep before my hike. He also gave me helpful advice on joining the bus queue and assisted me with an urgent medical need. The hotel’s location was also very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for its excellent service and thoughtful staff.'

'Van begin tot eind, je wordt helemaal in de watten gelegd. Van ontvangst tot uitchecken. Heerlijke bedden, heerlijke massage, interressant verhaal verteld over Peru tijdens het voorleesuur voor de kinderen, fantastisch ontbijt, uitmuntend aardig en klantgericht hotelpersoneel.'

'Cool location, nice room with our own plunge pool but, very big but, the dinner is horrible. Really bad food, advice is just walk into town and grab a burger!!!'

'Goed bedden en kussens, ruime kamer, mooi uitzicht, goede douche, ijskastje op de kamer, goede locatie, lekker ontbijt met omeletten, mooi uitzicht, je hoort de rivier maar het stoorde niet.'

'Wonderful place close to the bus'

'We stayed with our family. Its a really nice location. We left our bags here while we went to Machu Picchu. Adter it was a 5 minute walk to get our bags and then another 5 minutes to go to the train station.'

'Their location is unbeatable! You just have to walk down the stairs to catch the bus to Machu Picchu, and the train station is right across the street. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. However, the price was supposed to be $170. The lady asked if I wanted to be charged in soles (Peruvian currency), which I agreed to because paying in the local currency is usually more beneficial when it comes to bank exchange rates. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. The...

'Disappointing Stay – Better Options Available for the Same Price The hotel was pretty basic and did not offer good value for the price. The staff were not available 24/7, so whenever we had an issue, we had to wait for someone or go all the way down to the restaurant and ask them to contact the hotel staff. The bathroom was also not properly cleaned, and the toilet had issues with the flush, which made the stay less comfortable. Overall, the experience was disappointing. For the same price,...

'Clean room and facilities. Friendly staff'

'Finding the hotel was difficult but we were lucky to find the Tourism Office and after a quick call a hotel member appeared and escorted us to the hotel. It is a budget hotel although as it was only for one night it acceptable, well that was until we found out they they had allocated our double room to someone else, and she was travelling on her own!!! The room they offered us instead was directly facing the sun and the temperature was well over 40 degrees even with the curtains closed. And the...

'Vlak naast treinstation, eigenlijk op het perron. Kamers goed geisoleerd met goede voorzieningen. Ontbijt ook heel uitgebreid en lekker.'

'Great service, and an amazing view in the riverside!!'
