« Tres confortable pour les 4 adultes de notre groupe. Propre, bien équipé. Beaucoup de rangement pour nos bagages. Bien insonorisé, on n'entend pas la circulation de la rue. Localisation pratique pour se déplacer dans la région. Stationnement facile sur les rues avoisinantes. Plusieurs commerces sur la rue St Joseph, mais pas d'épicerie à proximité. Les propriétaires répondent rapidement à nos questions. »

Il faut toutefois penser Ă  dĂ©placer la voiture pendant la journĂ©e en raison de la rĂ©glementation municipale. « A couple girlfriends and I last minute decided to drive up to MTL from Boston for the new year. David’s place was available and absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. Bedrooms were spacious, bathroom was clean, living area was big and comfortable with the open kitchen and the back porch was a huge hit even in the winter. « The space looks exactly how it does in the photos! It’s perfect for two people and very close to the metro. It’s walkable distance from Old Port to Mount Royal, so it was the perfect location with amazing food spots close by. Olga was an amazing host and would highly recommend for people to stay here. She was quick to reply, especially when we locked ourselves out of the condo haha. Thank you for letting us stay here again! »

« We loved this vacation home. It was an easy walk to restaurants, Bixi bikes, coffee shops and even a small grocery store. Also, the apartment was well appointed for all our needs. We lacked for nothing. If we come back to Montreal, we would stay here again in a heartbeat . »

Bien Ă©quipĂ© avec des Ă©quipements communs comme machine Ă  laver et sĂšche linge dans les communs.Par contre les chambres cĂŽtĂ© rue sont trĂšs bruyantes entre la rue et le bar et l’immeuble trĂšs mal isolĂ©, on attend les voisins dans l’escalier et chez eux (embĂȘtant en pleine nuit).Attention escalier raide pour les personnes avec problĂšme de mobilitĂ©. »

« We enjoyed our recent stay in the heart of Montreal! We were within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, the art museum and McGill university. As other reviewers mentioned, the apartment is a walk-up with many stairs. The building is older but the apartment was beautifully renovated and modern. David the owner was very responsive and helpful. Check in was seamless and easy. Highly recommend this property! »
