'Nice service provided by staff, no room clean ups after you go out. Your security deposit will not be refunded. They will make an excuse to keep it.'

'On check in, there was a sign about extra fees, so I asked the person helping me if I was being charged for it. He assured me that I had already prepayed them through Expedia. But I was charged these fees and no one could tell me why, since I had prepayed. I was supposed to be charged only $12.00. Then suddenly I had to pay a parking fee. The manager refused to help out and told me to file a complaint and dispute. Also, the breakfast was not good. No flavor. Everything was dry.'

'Amazing place to stay. Really had everything we needed last minute and were so helpful!'

'ZERO STARS-!!!! There was a poisonous spider in my room. The fridge was hot, not working, had it replaced, then it was all wobbly, not stable footing, and tiny fridge. Microwave would not shut off and release the door. Front staff untrained. Expensive parking for very insufficient parking lot and they don't even tell you about it so it comes as a surprise on your bill then they give you a bill that looks like they double charge you for all the nights... the housekeeping looks like they're...

'Prima hotel.

'Breakfast was mediocre, husband’s waffle not okay. He said there was something like lumps of brown sugar cooked into the batter. Hard to regulate the air temperature in the room. The queen bed seemed small, like a full. Nice and quiet location though. $11.00 for two KitKat candy bars is a bit steep.'

'Slecht geregeld.
