Kastelen in The Berkshires

'We were very pleased with our experience here. Room was super clean and included a mini fridge and microwave. The mini fridge was much needed for storing milk as we were traveling with an 8 month old. We forgot the sheet for our pack and play and the staff was helpful in providing us with one. The black out curtains were very effective and helped get baby ready for his nap. Breakfast was solid. We had lots and bags and baby things resulting in my husband making multiple trips between lobby and...

'Nice people, ok and clean room. Too much light from around the window shades and all the gizmos (thermostat, TV etc.) to the point of inhibiting sleep.'

'Nice location.'

'Super stay. Great staff!'

'Room was clean and comfortably appointed. Parking was not an issue even though the hotel was full. Easy walking to restaurants and shops. Staff were very pleasant and welcoming.'

'Room was dated and dirty, stains on the walls and in the bathroom. Sign said they had vending machines, was told by staff they did not have any. Air conditioner was loud and had a difficult time maintaining the desired temperature. Police showed up around while were there. Checked out before sunrise'
