'Extraordinaire, sofia est exceptionnelle. Elle nous a permis de rester dans le complexe luxueux vu que notrre vol était a 20h. On se sentait a la maison. On a adoré la piscine et la deco. Le logement est proche de la ville et de l'aeroport sans en subir les conséquences sonores ou autres. Nous reviendrons c est sur !'

'Very good hotel. Having kitchen with a fridge is a great advantage if you stay for more than three nights. It’s a bit far from touristic places which is not necessarily good or bad but great thing is that there’s a bus stop nearby with a free rode to the city center. The beach is 10-15 minutes to walk. Administrators are the nicest people who were there to navigate us in our first days on Crete.'

'Very walkable to everything in the area. Unit has high quality windows which filter out all street noise. Very comfortable furniture, especially the beds. High quality unit, fit and finish matches the pictures. '

'The couple host are very welcoming and warm-hearted.The studio is very clean and comfortable. When we checked out, they even prepared a hand made gift for us. Highly recommend.'

'The cons: First of all there is no sign on the key box to indicate which is for Pananos sq II. Secondly the flight of stairs is steep to carry young children after arriving on a night flight. I suggest if you have kids under 6 yrs old do not stay here. The car parking was a nightmare. The pros: great apartment comfortable everything was clean and kids had lots of room to move around. The friendly grocer is just below the apartment they helped us find the key box and they gave my kids some free...

'We enjoyed our stay here - the staff answered messages quickly, and the room although basic had everything needed for a few nights stay including a small well equipped kitchen area (kettle, coffee machine, stove hob). Bathroom was small but perfectly useable. A bit more information about the area would be useful but that's what the internet is for. Check in was via a coded key pick up. The location is about 15 minutes walk from main areas of the town. '

'Clean accommodation; pool was great, kids loved it. Area was a bit downtrodden beyond the complex but the suite itself was well maintained and exactly what we needed for a short stopover. Staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. '

"Het was een heel fijn verblijf, de kamer was super netjes. Iedere avond kwam het personeel een flesje water brengen. Je kunt roomservice heel de dag bestellen, van de roomservice was niet altijd alles lekker. Het ontbijt bij het hotel is heel lekker, er is genoeg keuze en het uitzicht waar je eet is heel mooi! Verder is het een rustig hotel, ook bij het zwembad is er altijd nog plek, ook nog in de middag. Ik heb het heel goed ervaren het hotel! "
