Villa's in Kreta

'De woning heeft een prachtig uitzicht op de zee. Voldoende buitenmeubilair beschikbaar op diverse plaatsen. De badkamers zijn klein. Wat afgelegen waardoor auto noodzakelijk is. Wel centraal gelegen om de westelijke kant te bezoeken.'

'The villa is wonderful, exactly as listed and the host Michael is a pleasure to deal with. The whole communication process from start to finish with him was so straightforward and he will go out of his way to help you in any way he can. Arriving to a traditional home cooked dish that was actually still warm was a lovely touch and was appreciated by us all. The views from the villa are great, mountains one side and the sea the other. The garden and pool area are lovely to spend lazy days relaxing...

'Atemberaubender Blick auf das Meer und die Umgebung. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die sehr bemüht war, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut, alles was man benötigt war vorhanden und alles sehr sauber. Wir haben uns in dieser Woche sehr wohl gefühlt und danken Fara sehr herzlich. '

'We had a fantastic time at Blue Villa! The hospitality was truly outstanding — we were welcomed with drinks and a delicious snack upon arrival, treated to a complimentary breakfast on the first day, and even got a free local dish on our last evening. The villa itself is beautiful and has a stunning view from the balcony, which stays comfortably shaded in the afternoon — perfect for relaxing. Do note that the last 100 meters of the walk up to the villa are quite steep, but totally worth it....

'We arrived at 1am on Saturday morning due to flight delays but we were met and shown around the villa, it is a beautiful villa, very clean and well laid out, beautiful views and a loverly outside area It is a bit remote the area it is in so definitely need a carbut lots to do and see within a 15-20minute drive'

'Ruhig gelegenes, geräumiges Haus. Beste Aussicht von der großen Terrasse im Obergeschoss. Der Pool gefiel uns richtig gut, mit kleinem Kleinkindbereich. Zwei ruhige, schön gelegene Restaurants 250 Schritte entfernt. Gute Badenöglichkeiten im Meer. Kissamos etwa vier Kilometer westlich mit Läden, von dort, wer mag, weiter zum außergewöhnlich schönen Balosstrand. Super Kommunikation mit der netten Vermieterin. Reinigung zuverlässig und gut. Ein paar Küchenlappen wären hilfreich.'

'Maison bien placée pour visiter le nord ouest de l’île, malgré les 10kms pour rejoindre la route principale.Maison très propre, malgré une forte odeur d’humidité à l’intérieur, même en aérant toute la journée.(nombreuses traces d’humidité à différents endroits dans la maison )Quelques aboiements de chiens dans le village.L’hôte est très disponible et à notre demande, comme nous arrivions tard, il nous avait fait quelques achats pour notre premier repas.'

'Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Vermieter war jederzeit ansprechbar, das Haus und der Pool sind toll. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Leider war es in der Zeit seht windig und die Terrasse wenig windgeschützt. Gute Restaurants sind zu Fuß und traumhafte Strände mit dem Auto gut erreichbar.'

'I cannot recommend this villa highly enough. It is just as shown in the photos. The layout is perfect and everything worked as it should. The air-conditioning was great. The house was cleaned twice a week and a caretaker cleaned the pool and barbecue early every morning - all very unobtrusive. Part of the outside area is a vegetable garden for the guests’ use and every day we had tomatoes, cucumbers, melons aubergines and courgettes plus fresh eggs which were given to us! The view is stunning...
