'I cannot recommend this villa highly enough. It is just as shown in the photos. The layout is perfect and everything worked as it should. The air-conditioning was great. The house was cleaned twice a week and a caretaker cleaned the pool and barbecue early every morning - all very unobtrusive. Part of the outside area is a vegetable garden for the guests’ use and every day we had tomatoes, cucumbers, melons aubergines and courgettes plus fresh eggs which were given to us! The view is stunning...

'Een heerlijke plek om te verblijven! Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Bij aankomst werden we gastvrij ontvangen en stond een lekkere maaltijd klaar. Ga vooral ook eten bij bij de taverne in de buurt, dat vonden wij erg leuk.'

'Zowel het contact met Think Villa als de eigenaren van de villa was ontzettend gastvrij en zeer klantvriendelijk. De villa was prachtig, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien met een spectaculair uitzicht. Ook het etentje bij de taveerne van de eigenaren was heerlijk en gezellig. 'This property was perfect for our large family, it's on 3 floors with 3 separate livingrooms, so everyone can have their own space when they need it. The house is very clean and the property manager was very responsive. There's a taverna in walking distance, Kactus Taverna, Dora who runs it is amazing! There's also a breakfast / coffee place in the village. The villa is about a 7-10 minute drive from the nearest beach.'

'We had a wonderful holiday in Villa Litinas. On arrival late at night we were warmly welcomed with all kinds of tasty snacks by Maria, the owner. We could not have wished a better welcome. Also the compliments for Etouri Holidays (Kostas and his team). You can call them even in the evening if it is really necessary. We have also received all sorts of useful tips from Etouri. 'Erg prettige ontvangst door een zeer vriendelijke beheerder. Prachtig huis met mooie ligging. Huis was bij aankomst mooi schoon en gevuld met veel eten en drinken wat erg fijn was want wij kwamen in de nacht aan. Echt een topper!'

'The house is really beautiful! The view is breathtaking and the garden is ideal for relaxing. There are many places to sunbathe or find shade. On arrival we were spoiled with local products such as olive oil, eggs and fresh vegetables. Michalis is a great host who is always available for questions and needs. 'Joanna is a very welcoming and incredibly helpful host. Our flight was delayed and we had problems with our hire car booking with Europcar - they wouldnt allow us to move it to the following day, so we had to cancel or incur the full cost as a no- show fee.I texted Joanna from Manchester airport asking for taxi and car hire recommendations. Within 20mins Joanna had arranged a minibus to pick us up from the airport at midnight and a hire car to be delivered to the villa the next day.When we...

'Met 18 collega's 4 dagen, 3 nachten verbleven in de villa. Contact met de eigenaresse was heel goed. Ze reageerde overal heel snel op en was heel erg vriendelijk. Het huisje staat wat afgelegen hoog in de bergen, maar voor ons was dit natuurlijk super. We maakten veel lawaai met muziek (er was een muziekbox aanwezig en die was top), en niemand had daardoor last van ons. Als je liever wat dichterbij het centrum of de zee zou willen zitten is deze villa niet ideaal. De kamers waren heel mooi en...

'Ruime villa met 3 grote slaapkamers met veel kastruimte. Groot terras voor en grote tuin, incl BBQ plaats en zwembad, achter het huis. Airco in alle slaapkamers en woonkamer. Bedden voor ons iets te hard maar dat is persoonlijk Restaurants in de buurt en in het stadje. Ook mini markets en supermarkt in de buurt. Goede communicatie met Ioannis en Katerina'

'Magnifique villa très propre. Nos hôtes sont facilement joignables et très gentils. Très réactifs en cas de problème. Seul petit bémol la piscine un peu trop chlorée et peut être la cuisine à moderniser. '

'Der Zugang zur Unterkunft ist sehr sehr schlecht, man sollte hier dazu schreiben, dass nur Menschen, die wirklich sehr gut zu Fuß sind dort unterkommen können, denn es ist tatsächlich ein sehr steiler, steiniger Aufgang. Tanya war vor Ort für uns zuständig und jederzeit sehr gut zu erreichen. Leider ist die Möglichkeit am Pool sehr begrenzt und man kann es nicht wirklich genießen bei der Sauberkeit, naja, da bin ich vielleicht ein wenig empfindlich es war oberflächlich sauber nur man durfte halt...

"De accomodatie is gelegen vlak bij het oude centrum van Rethymnon en de haven. Wij hadden een zeer goede kamer (zijdelings zeezicht). Er is een groot strand met parasols en drankbedeling tegenover het hotel. Service en eten zijn zeer goed. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Enige nadeel is de transfer in gedeelde shuttle (lees tourbus) van Danaos Travel. Als je boekt, zie je een taxi voor 7 personen, maar in werkelijkheid is dit steeds een tourbus voor 50 pers. die zo dikwijls stopt dat je over de afstand van 78km, 3uren p de bus zit. Er is natuurlijk de optie van een taxi, maar dat kost dan 3x zoveel."

"Mooi hotel aan het strand met super ontbijt. Helaas was de kamer niet klaar bij aankomst, terwijl de inchecktijd volgens Expedia 13:00 uur was, konden wij pas om 14:30 uur op de kamer. Hotel was niet op de hoogte van de geboden VIP voordelen, dus deze helaas ook niet gehad. Ontbijt is super en ook het strand is prachtig!"

"It was a very luxery and nice complex. The Hotel have luxe rooms, all the things works, luxe ligthing system etc. Also to have a balcony is nice. Every day the rooms are cleaned and the water and coffee cups are filled. I would really recommend this Hotel to others!"
