"J’ai vraiment beaucoup aimé cet hôtel. C’était exactement ce que je recherchais un endroit simple et une vraie atmosphère familiale. Je ne cherchais pas le luxe, mais simplement un endroit où je pouvais bien me reposer 🌊et me sentir bien en vacances. Le grand jardin face à la mer est vraiment magnifique. Pouvoir profiter de cette vue, du calme et de cette ambiance, c’était un vrai plaisir. J’ai aussi beaucoup apprécié le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de télévision dans la chambre. Ça permet de vraiment déconnecter et de profiter du moment. Il y a un frigo dans la chambre et un magasin juste à côté, donc c’est aussi très pratique. Et surtout, le personnel était vraiment adorable Yanis et sa maman.On se sent accueilli comme dans une famille. Tout le monde était gentil, disponible et toujours à l’écoute de nos besoins. Cette attention et cette simplicité font vraiment toute la différence. Ce que j’ai particulièrement aimé, ce sont tous les petits objets, on sent que chaque chose a son histoire. C’est un endroit simple, authentique et plein de charme, avec une belle énergie et beaucoup de tranquillité. Pour moi, c’était parfait. Si vous recherchez le luxe, la musique et beaucoup d’animations alors non Ici, on vient surtout pour le calme, la simplicité et le repos. C’est un endroit où l’on peut vraiment déconnecter, prendre son temps et profiter de la tranquillité. On repart de ses vacances reposés, ressourcés et avec plein d’énergie🤩 Je reviendrai encore, avec grand plaisir♥️"

"We had a pleasant stay at Vaya Suites by Omilos Hotels. The room was clean and comfortable, with the private hot tub being the main highlight. One small downside was that the window had been left open before our arrival, which resulted in several insects being inside the room when we checked in. We also felt that the room could benefit from an extra set of towels, especially considering it is a hot tub suite where guests are likely to use towels more frequently. There is no on-site reception, but communication through WhatsApp was excellent. Whenever we had a question, we received a response very quickly, which made everything easy and convenient. A big advantage of this property is the parking. There is private parking available on-site, which was great. Another nice benefit is access to the pools of two sister properties. We visited the adults-only Malena Hotel and really enjoyed the pool area, which was beautifully maintained and surrounded by plenty of greenery, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The location itself is fairly quiet and not particularly exciting, with limited activities or attractions nearby. However, if you're looking for a peaceful place to relax and unwind, it does the job well. Overall, a comfortable stay with good facilities and excellent communication."

"Our stay at Alsus Boutique Hotel was a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautifully modern, with great attention to detail throughout the design and atmosphere. The food and drinks were of excellent quality, and we especially appreciated the breakfast, which was diverse and well prepared. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. The amenities are plentiful and very well maintained, contributing to a relaxing and comfortable stay. The location is good: the beach is only a short walk away, and there’s both a supermarket and a bus stop nearby, making it easy to reach Heraklion in about 15 minutes. Overall, Alsus Boutique Hotel combines modern comfort, warm hospitality, and convenience in a perfect way. We would gladly stay again and highly recommend it to others."
