    All downstairs bedrooms at Sand Castles are located off the living area. Bedroom 1 is fitted with a king bed, and bedroom 2 is fitted with 2 king singles.

    Both upstairs bedrooms at this Mt Maunganui accommodation are situated off the living area. Bedroom 1 is fitted with a king bed, and opens onto decking with gorgeous beach views. Bedroom 2 is fitted with 2 king single beds.

    Each floor has a separate bathroom, as well as a separate internal entrance for added privacy and convenience, making this an ideal option for a range of groups.

Excellant accomation, there was 9 adults and there was plenty of seating for everyone. Lots of room in the living area and plenty of rooms. The beds were so comfy to sleep in.The property mansger was prompt when we required an answer to something.We would book again for another weekend away.

Fabulous piece of paradise

We loved our stay - 3 couples and 4 kids - this property featured two levels including 2 kitchens and 2 lounges, providing more than enough space for the extended family. Right by the beach and close to town, we enjoyed a rainy weekend with plenty of onsite parking and internal access through garage. Beds were comfortable, always had hot water, and enough space to lounge around, we were surprised by the quality of this upgraded home. Hosts Lyn and John were an absolute pleasure to deal with, and more than welcoming. Certainly one of the better homes in the Mount, and it's worth the few extra dollars for linen and towels to included. Appreciate all your help! x

This Bach was the highlight of our trip, the pictures does not do it justice, it is literally arcoss from the beach and 2 minutes from the mt. There is also a new world 5 mins walk away. Definitively booking this place again! One downside though was there was no lighting outside by the bbq area so we had to use touches

The property was clean and tidy when we arrived.

The property was clean and tidy when we arrived. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need, bbq to use, clean shower, bath etc. We only had access to the lower part of the building so cant comment on how the second floor is.

Fantastic location, kids loved having the beach just across the road. It was a lovely house, very clean. The kitchen equipment was a bit basic if you intend to cater for a family, but otherwise this was fitted out to a great standard. Thanks, would definitely stay again.

It´s a really nice house in a good location

It´s a really nice house in a good location. Just 1 Minute walk to the beach and close to the Mount. The next New world is in walking distance and the Bayfair Mall is just 5 minutes away by car.
