Negatief: Netheid, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
Staff support was lacking, as soon as we checked into our room i opened the sliding door to the balcony and in the bottom rail of the door there were cigarette butts, i went down to reception with a photo of it and was told it would be sorted out but IT WAS NOT SORTED!!
Also our bed sheet had a rather large red stain on it which i really wasnt happy about, the bath plug didnt work so the bath was unusable, also didnt say on the website when we booked that we would be asked for a $200 bond for the rokm, if we had known about this i would have definitely rethought my booking, heat pump filters were dirty and blowing out dust which i got sick from, our floor was absolutely dirty too like someone had been walking in and out with muddy shoes on, over all i was no happy with our stay as it cost almost $400 for 1 night but the quality of our room did not reflect this price, i dont think i will be coming back and i wont be recomending for anyone to stay there, would really like my money back to be very honest
