'The rooms were clean and there is more than enough free parking. The staff gave us some good pointers about tours we could book there and there is also a washing and drying machine that's free to use. Really convenient.'

'Clean accomodation. Nice Free public Pool and hot pools.'

'Loved the private outside hot tub, completely private . Plenty of water to fill it between uses. The room is spacious. The bathroom was modern and the shower impeccable with glass enclosure. We always bring the our own coffee machine but there were other options for coffee. It was close to all amenities and attractions. The staff was super accommodating. I did t use the stove but fridge was spacious for our needs.'

'Excellently'

'Definitively not perfect, but very good price for money ratio.'

'Dirty and unclean. Stains (blood?) on the pillow and sheets. Run down and all round dirty rooms with a vile stench in them. Rude, uninterested staff.'

'Fantastic park in a great location.'

'Het regal Palms is handig om in Rotorua te zitten. Het complex lijkt groter dan het is . Handig met parkeren, verwarmd zwembad en klein midgedgolf erbij.'

'Fijne overnachtingsplaats voor gezinnen!'

'Good value for money. Hotel is a bit dated, but otherwise the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Not a bad location as well.'
