The kitchen is equipped with porcelain from the Iitalla Teema collection, a true classic of Scandinavian design. The porcelain is complemented by products from Sola from Switzerland. Pans and pots are provided in abundance. The finishing touch is provided by the sponges and tea towels from Sweden, designed by triLogie am See. Design by Ulrike Schüler. Additional amenities include a Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother, and kettle.

Adjoining the master bedroom, the Ranke apartment has a large, barrier-free bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet.

The large-format original artworks by Munich artist Ulrike Schüler, featuring the vine motif, refer to winegrowing and the spiritual work on the island of Reichenau. It is the "artist's apartment." The creative process involved in the creation of a work of art is similar to the growth of climbing plants.

Thoughts "entangle" the artistic theme, bringing it to light and blossoming in the work of art.
