The villa is furnished in a modern style and offers 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms as well as a beautiful roof terrace with a comfortable seating area and sea view. The first floor consists of 2 apartments, one with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom and one apartment with one bedroom and one bathroom. Both apartments also have their own kitchen and living area with pull-out sofa bed. On the second floor is the third apartment with two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This apartment also has its own kitchen and living area with pull-out sofa bed. At the top of the attic is a beautiful studio with a double bed and a smaller kitchen and bathroom.

If the whole group wants to sit together and have some fun, then head down to the basement, where there is a large dining table and living area with darts and Playstation 4. Relax by the villa's private pool during the day or enjoy the beautiful views of the Adriatic Sea from the roof terrace, unwind in the comfortable seating area or soak up the warm sunshine on the sun loungers.

A traditional barbecue with outdoor dining area is also at your disposal and offers the ideal opportunity to prepare delicious fish dishes and round off your experience of Central Dalmatia wonderfully. Seline is a small village located near Starigrad-Paklenica. Paklenica National Park is located about 50 km north of Zadar and is a true paradise and a popular destination for mountaineers, alpinists and climbers from all over the world. Seline is well connected to Straigrad-Paklenica by walking and cycling paths that lead through small, picturesque villages and hamlets. The village enjoys a fabulous location, as Seline is situated between the breathtaking Paklenica canyon and the crystal clear Adriatic Sea with its beaches. In the past, Starigrad-Paklenica was a Roman town surrounded by a city wall with an extensive culture and civilization. Today, the town is a lively tourist center and a very pleasant vacation destination for families, mountaineers, scientists and all nature lovers.
