Holiday House Laetitia is situated in the quiet village of Banjevci in a low populated area. For a group of family and friends in need of a relaxing holiday, this is the perfect place to be.

Although the homeowners live in the same house, the entrances are completely separated - each one on a opposite side of the house. This will provide the best of both worlds - the privacy of a part of a house and the vicinity of the homeowners that are there to meet your every need.

The house is situated in a fenced property and it`s outdoors will amaze you. A pool area with sun umbrellas and sunloungers, a rustic barbecue area, children play area and a covered wooden furniture terrace that was hand-made by the homeowners. But one space will make you want to never leave - a spacious covered terrace with full shade, a small summer kitchen and a big dining and seating area, all together providing a space to truly take advantageevery part of the day.

The indoor space features an open concept living area with kitchen, dining room and living room in one room. Three bedrooms with double beds provide sleeping places for 6 guests, and a convertible sofa in the living room can accommodate 2 more guests.

Two bathrooms with shower are available. The air-conditioning is strategically placed in the hallway and consists of 2 units that provide cooling for the entire floor. The house has Wi-Fi coverage and 4 parking spaces available.

Vrana lake Ornithological reserve and the stunning Krka National park are just a short drive away, and can make a beautiful family day trip.
