'Enjoyed our stay .. was clean and had all the amenities'

'Enjoyed my stay, was super quiet, and very conveniently located to everywhere I needed to go in Seminole County. The host was great with communication and provided everything I needed to have a great stay.'

'From check in to check out everything was seamless. Very clean place and clean environment. Highly recommended.'

'The house is a beautiful home that was clean and well-decorated. The host was very responsive when I asked questions. I recommend staying here and would stay here again.'

'My stay at Terra Villa with Celisa Ramos was very disappointing, and I would not recommend it. The surrounding grounds appeared nice and the check in process was easy, but several issues during our stay made the overall experience frustrating. When we arrived at 4:30 p.m., the place had not yet finished being cleaned. While this was not a major issue for us, it was the first sign the property was not fully prepared. 'Property was very clean, plenty of room, air works great. The only issue was 2 of the rooms bed linen had spots so we washed the linen which solved the problem. When renting the property, remember, no visitors can come on the property unless you bring them. I would recommend the property and would rent again.'

'We had a wonderful stay at this villa. Our daughter spend many hours in the pool. It was good that we took the pool heating option else i think it would have been to cold to play for so long in the pool. The furniture at the pool (beds) is old and could have been refreshed. The other furniture is basic but comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and overall it had all the facilities we needed for our stay. A BBQ would be a good option to add for next guests. Would recommend this villa to...

'Good house for a great price. Great location. Need to change the AC more often.'

'Our trip to Orlando was for the AAU National Volleyball Tournament. We never thought about staying at a VRBO but found that this particular unit was excellent and well worth the stay. It was close to the Convention center and all amenities. We would definitely like to stay again next year as it was ‘homey’ and peaceful to come back to after a long day of tournament play. Thanks to the hosts for their great communications and positive attitude through email messages. We would give 10 stars if we...
