« Warmest pool we have ever had, description of property is good. Some items were a little worn, main sofa saggy and well used. I would prefer to have a slightly bigger welcome pack, or an option to have t bags, coffee, milk etc in the villa ready. After a 15 hour travel we then had to go out to find essentials. The layout suited our family and near to lots of entertainment. It’s a quiet area with little noise from neighbours. If we came beck we would definitely book this villa again »

« This condo was magnificent! Best property we’ve stayed in! Modern, clean, convenient and spacious! Wish we could have stayed longer. We were at our twins volleyball tournament so the ideal place to stay for that. Only wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you so much for sharing your home. 5 stars!!!!! »

« Only hiccup was we ran out of propane on day 2 for the grill. I emailed the contact but never heard from them nor did we get a new tank. Just a little inconvenience as we planned to use it. »

« Overall the villa was lovely, beautifully clean inside with nice touches like mini toiletries, large tub of ground coffee, sugar, creamer, plenty of toilet rolls salt and pepper, olive oil, coffee filters oh and a kettle bonus for us Brits.The Lounge, dining and bedrooms were beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. Plenty of bath towels, although could have done with a few more pool towels so we didn’t have to put them in the dryer after each use, but a minor detail.Frank was an...

« We had a wonderful stay at this villa! We have stayed at several Lake Berkley properties for at least 10 years, and this is one of the best. The location is great, and it has every extra that anyone could want. Even though we had a week of warm, sunny days (95 degrees Fahrenheit!), we came home to a cool house every day. Claire was very easy to work with, and we truly appreciate her hospitality. We are looking forward to a return trip in the future! »

« The pictures of this property are several years old, and the place was filthy, we checked in, and had to leave due to the state of the home. Repeatedly tried to ask for a refund, and got stonewalled, then got several form letter emails about our stay. Will be contacting VRBO for a refund. »
